SUMMARY OF POSITION:

As a Nurse Specialist, you will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate, detailed medical records. You will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. You will also monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
