Schedule and Compensation
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with shifts from 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Compensation: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
Responsibilities
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and record data to monitor progress of treatment plans
Qualifications
  • Patience, compassion, and desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
  • Genuine desire to learn about Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 6+ months experience working with children preferred
  • Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • All ABA therapists not RBT certified will be required to complete the RBT coursework within 90 days of employment
