Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax compliance and consulting projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Supervise and develop tax staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to identify new business opportunities and drive practice development.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification and a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of managing complex tax projects and supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Advanced technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, and research software.
