About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to join our OR Services team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
  • Assist with patient care and support during surgical procedures
  • Participate in debriefing and quality improvement practices to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to achieve optimal department results
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military training equivalency
  • Two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA) certification
  • CSA - Certified Surgical Assistant (NCCSA) certification or equivalent
