Position Overview

The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges is currently seeking a skilled Line Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards and vision of Jean-Georges Vongerichten, while adhering to all directives from Kitchen Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
  • Oversee and guide kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Follow company recipes and specifications diligently.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining or a related field.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Full availability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
