Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Care Associate to join our team at Adventist Health White Memorial in the heart of Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized nursing care to patients under the guidance of a licensed RN, focusing on activities of daily living, nutrition, and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints, and restorative care.
  • Take vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure, to monitor patient health.
  • Assist patients with basic needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Report patient status and concerns to the RN, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
Requirements
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is also preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is highly desired.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Health Care Provider certification is required.
  • Phlebotomy Certification and Audiometry and vision training or a certificate from CHDP are preferred but not necessary.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
