Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a well-organized and engaging classroom environment.
  2. Help implement activities that promote each child's growth and development in various areas.
  3. Provide exceptional care and attention to the needs of each child, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  5. Establish strong relationships with families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  6. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Educational Requirements

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass background checks. Previous childcare experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
