Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Assist with patient assessments, develop and implement nursing plans, and evaluate patient responses to care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of any required training programs.
