Quality Assurance Technician

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at ARA's Randolph, Vermont location. As a key member of our Integrated Products Division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support divisional Quality initiatives as appropriate.
  2. Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, incoming and finished product using appropriate measuring and test equipment.
  3. Complete inspection reports, summarize results, and recommend corrective action where applicable.
  4. Analyze, compile, and report on findings of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Communicate inspection results to relevant departments/groups.
  6. Contribute to developing and executing disposition requests.
  7. Track and escalate unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective action plans to closure.
  8. Review and assess process adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Work closely with Production and Quality teams to address quality issues.
  10. Collaborate with Engineering to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  11. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
  12. Serve as a resource for employees regarding quality-related questions and issues.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality.
  14. Assist in the development of Quality Management Systems and Standard Operating Procedures.
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. ARA offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vacation, 401(k), and stock ownership.
