Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- A competitive salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule
