Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at The Davis Companies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for industrial control applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation controls systems, including PLC programs, HMI graphics, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
  • Program industrial control systems using Rockwell Automation's Allen-Bradley RSLogix software and Siemens' Simatic Step 7 engineering software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other plant systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and maintenance manuals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant Design Suite Standard, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, automation controls, and industrial control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
