Job Summary: Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for an on-site school opportunity in a school district. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and active state licensure. Experience working with school-age students is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and establish individualized goals.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessments and tailored to specific student needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, encompassing therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active state licensure.
- Preferred experience working with school-age students.
