Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Goodfellas Pizzeria. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving craft cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails and drinks to guests using high-quality ingredients and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and thanking guests, engaging with guests, and building rapport.
• Continuously train and learn about the alcohol industry, including spirits, beer, and wine.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including preparing fruit and garnishes, displaying glasses and liquor bottles, and ensuring customers are of legal drinking age.
• Use proper judgment and refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive.
• Handle escalations and communicate effectively with the Head Bartender and Bar Manager.
• Submit orders and requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies.

• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service, including classic cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, with a major focus on tequila and mezcal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to learn cash register software and maintain accurate records.

• Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks.
• Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a safe working environment.
