Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with offer and order confirmations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate customer and supplier inquiries, providing excellent communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain sales data and documents in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Create orders in the ERP system, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Responsible for internal filing and sales overviews, including maintaining reference lists and offer overviews.
  • Assist with sales campaigns and market research, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Organize guest support and customer visits, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Assist with travel and trade fair planning, coordinating logistics and arrangements.
  • Provide booth support at trade fairs, representing ZephyrTech and engaging with potential clients.
Requirements
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
  • At least three years of professional experience in an assistant position, ideally in a technical company environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Excellent German language skills at least C2 level or German as a native language.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Reliable, independent, and structured way of working.
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills.
