Server Representative

As a Server at Golden Corral, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of hospitality and service.

• Provide personalized attention to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Stay aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
• Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

• Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
• Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
• Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

• Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follow local health department laws.
