Role Responsibilities:


We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Water Operator to oversee daily operations.

As an essential member of our organization, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating water treatment and distribution processes to guarantee efficient and effective service delivery.


Key Duties:

  • Supervise the operation of water treatment facilities and distribution networks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols.
  • Assess water quality metrics and perform routine testing to confirm compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Organize maintenance and repairs of equipment and infrastructure to maintain optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and engage in inspections and audits to uphold compliance with industry standards.
  • Address emergencies and resolve issues to minimize service disruptions and ensure a continuous water supply.
  • Keep precise records and reports related to water operations, including production statistics, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in water treatment operations is advantageous.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in water treatment and distribution operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of water treatment methodologies, equipment, and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications for data management and reporting.
  • A valid Class C Water Operator License is preferred; Class D is acceptable if Class C can be obtained within a year.
