Role Description:

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a key role in creating positive interactions with customers, resulting in increased sales and loyalty. This individual will utilize their excellent communication skills and product knowledge to tailor solutions to each customer's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of AT&T's products and services, using this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earn $13.56-$15.86 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachievers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
