About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardboard Handler to join our 3rd shift team at our Mainland, PA facility. As a Cardboard Handler, you will be responsible for operating the baler machine, loading and unloading scrap cardboard, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the baler machine to compact scrap cardboard
  • Load and unload scrap cardboard from the baler machine and onto pallets
  • Segregate reusable boxes and band them for shipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and safety
Requirements
  • Physical strength and endurance to lift and move heavy materials
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods on concrete floors
  • Good hand-eye coordination and concentration skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
