Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN at Wellbrooke of Westfield, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support, and you'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.
  • Advocate for our residents at every stage of care, making sure we go above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident, based on observation and expertise.
  • Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, taking charge of life-saving measures when necessary.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of all care provided.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and have knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
