Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to lead our small Women's Clinic on the Olympic Peninsula. As Chief of OB, you will have the opportunity to improve the clinic and serve the community.
About the Opportunity:
- We are a team of 45 providers, including 30 physicians and 15 APPs, with a strong need for GYN services due to our patient population.
- You will deliver approximately 120 babies per year, with 15% being C-sections.
- We do not currently perform high-risk OB services, which are transferred to Seattle, but this could change in the future.
- Our facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with 6 rural health clinics and a wide scope of specialty services.
- We provide exceptional care for over 25,000 residents and are recognized for our high-quality care and numerous accreditations.
Work-Life Balance:
We offer a 4-day workweek, with Mondays and Thursdays as your primary workdays, and Fridays off. You will have a manageable call schedule of 7 days per month, with 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month.
