About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales results, and contributing to a fast-paced and creative retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales results through delivering an elevated customer experience and performing operational tasks with excellence.
  • Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities, while demonstrating flexibility and a desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
  • Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques, and brainstorming with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results.
  • Drive Omni-channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with a passion for fashion and a self-starter mentality.
  • A customer service obsessed individual with the ability to sell with a passion for styling and a love for fashion.
  • A technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to engage and motivate customers.
