We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our manufacturing operations.

• Work closely with manufacturing test engineering, systems engineering, and software engineering teams to anticipate and address cybersecurity requirements.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions to improve and enhance business capabilities.
• Support the implementation of processes and procedures compliant with latest cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and interface with experts from major OEM manufacturers.
• Provide 2nd level support for manufacturing operations, including issue resolution and problem solving.
• Collaborate with internal resources to design, develop, and maintain systems for efficient and effective cybersecurity tool execution.
• Conduct key user training and help configure and prepare systems for new products.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or comparable field.
• 2+ years' experience in software development and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and development experience in SQL and Python.
• Working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and Linux Operating Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
