About the Role

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a skilled Fiberglass Boat Finisher to join our team. As a key member of our marine manufacturing team, you will be responsible for building and repairing fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using advanced techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and repair fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using spray guns, buffers, and other specialized tools.
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily goals and meet production deadlines.
  • Follow all safety and quality standards, including chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in fiberglass repair and finishing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
