Behavioral Therapist

Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wayland, MA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to implement and monitor behavioral interventions.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Participate in meetings with school teams and contribute to student IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Active licensure/certification as a BCBA in Massachusetts.
• Must be able to complete a CORI and fingerprinting process.
• Previous school-based experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population of students, families, and staff.
