Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Support Associate to join our team at Dominion Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 3pm-11pm shifts, where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with our residence philosophy and policies
  • Assisting residents with their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
  • Checking on residents every two hours and documenting and reporting findings
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and promoting individuality
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience in caregiving to older adults (preferably)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Friendly, caring disposition

Salary Estimate
