Job Summary:This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a mix of day shifts. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical, psychosocial, and environmental assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including nursing diagnoses and interventions
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, medication, and self-care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in nursing
