Responsibilities:- Book guest reservations and coordinate with the reservation center
- Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates
- Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
- Answer and route calls as appropriate, taking guest messages with accuracy
- Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
In your first few months, you will learn about the hotel and its amenities, and then assist the front desk team. As your work progresses, your role will be a key contributor to the overall guest experience.
