Job Summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network architecture to support business growth and expansion
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our network remains secure and efficient

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in designing and supporting large-scale enterprise networks
  • Industry certifications in networking and security technologies (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Security+)
  • Expertise in cloud computing, network protocols, and IT security
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
