Job Title: RN Healthcare Facility Surveyor

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled RN Healthcare Facility Surveyor to join our team. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified healthcare facilities to determine compliance with federal regulations.

Job Description

As a RN Healthcare Facility Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with federal regulations.
  • Preparing for surveys by reviewing facility records, conducting tours, and observing care.
  • Evaluating the quality of care, treatment, and services provided by the facility.
  • Communicating non-compliance issues with facility staff and ensuring understanding of deficiencies cited.
  • Determining if a plan of correction is acceptable and conducting follow-up visits to monitor implementation.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification.
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving long-term care residents.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
