  • Maintenance and optimization of master data and rules in our order processing system CAD Order Entry (COE)
  • Ensuring the efficient performance of order processing and the highest availability of the application and EDI interface
  • Monitoring and optimization of EDI interfaces
  • Analysis of problems and processes, as well as creation of specifications and documentation
  • Communication with sales and their management levels, and implementation of projects with sales-specific requirements
  • Supporting our sales team in using the order processing system
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist or IT system salesman
  • Knowledge of C# programming is advantageous
  • Experience with CAD programs is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a careful and results-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
