DOCS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medical support and assistance during emergencies and disaster response efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to FEMA personnel.
- Assess and prioritize medical needs of patients, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, vaccines, treatments, and procedures in accordance with medical protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and emergency response teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Educate individuals and communities on health and safety measures during disaster situations.
- Assist in setting up and managing medical facilities in disaster-affected areas.
Requirements:
- Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
