Compensation:$100,000 annually at plan
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing questions regarding billing and insurance policies.
- Support current policyholders throughout the insurance claims process while managing ongoing claims.
- Assess new clients' insurance needs, risks, goals, current coverage, and financial circumstances by arranging meetings for personalized consultations.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping to ensure all documentation is current.
- Build a prospective customer base and promote our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and various marketing strategies to secure new business.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the health insurance or life insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Candidates must reside in the vicinity of Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens.
