Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mover/Junk Remover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  • Safely operate equipment and vehicles, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily truck inspections, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand.
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists, preventing careless and costly mistakes.
  • Regularly check in with direct supervisors for additional assignments and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period.
  • Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
  • Must be drug and alcohol free.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Compensation:
Excellent earning potential, including hourly pay plus tips and performance-based bonuses.
