Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the table, ensuring safety and comfort during the scanning process.
  • Inject contrast media as required, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Set technical parameters, monitor image data, and recognize abnormal images.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as national patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
