Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team, focusing on providing support to students from Kindergarten through 12th Grade. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing communication skills and making a positive impact on the lives of children.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy is required. Candidates who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students experiencing communication disorders and language delays.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Implement evidence-based therapy strategies to improve students' communication abilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, therapy sessions, and reports.
  • Engage in team meetings, parent discussions, and necessary professional development.
  • Adhere to the ethical and professional guidelines established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
