About the Role

As a seasoned professional with 12+ years of engineering experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Residential Sector, leading and managing teams, and ensuring the highest quality deliverables to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Residential Sector in alignment with our overall Department and Company goals.
- Lead and manage diverse teams of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Directors, Client Success Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to managers and staff, promoting the development of skills and knowledge within the Sector.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience.
- 12+ years of engineering or related experience, including 7+ years of project management and 5+ years of managing diverse teams.
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching, with strong leadership and management skills.
- Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
