We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pre Admission Testing team in Lorain. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-admission testing and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-admission testing and assessments to identify potential health risks and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Ohio RN licensure and CPR certification
  • One year experience in area of specialty preferred
  • Ability to learn and perform phlebotomy, incentive spirometry, ADL and restorative physical therapy
  • Med/Surg experience a plus
  • ACLS required in ER, CVICU, MICU/CRCU, Telemetry, Cath Lab, Ortho/Neuro, and Resource Pool areas
