We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Per Diem Paramedic to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a Per Diem Paramedic, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with individualized care, recognizing significant changes in patient condition and modifying care accordingly.
- Provide critical care transport and emergency medical services, utilizing your expertise and judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care, including discharge planning and teaching.
- Identify and address patient care delivery issues through quality improvement, continuing education, and research activities.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant clinical paramedic experience in pre-hospital emergency care or in-hospital emergency care.
- Current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician's Paramedic Certification (EMT-P).
- Current New Hampshire Paramedic License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and moderate Sedation certifications.
- Current PHTLS, ITLS, or proof of audited ATLS or TNCC.
