Job Title: Bankruptcy Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Group in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy procedures and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lead attorneys in chapter 11 reorganization and chapter 7 cases
  • Prepare and maintain case files, including pleadings, motions, and notices
  • Assist with e-filing pleadings in Delaware state and federal courts
  • Monitor case dockets and maintain service lists
  • Prepare hearing, fee application, and proof of claim binders
Requirements:
  • 4-year bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in bankruptcy procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a deadline-driven environment
