Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Educate the community about the HUBZone program and its associated benefits.
  • Represent the company at community events and meetings.
  • Engage in job fairs organized by local institutions to promote employment opportunities.
  • Assist in crafting and executing outreach strategies to connect with the community.
  • Identify and explore collaboration opportunities within the HUBZone area that support future development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong dedication to community empowerment.
