The Global Product division is dedicated to the innovation, delivery, and support of digital banking, payment solutions, credit offerings, trade finance, liquidity management, and other treasury services tailored for First Citizens Bank's clientele.

Within this division, the Solution Delivery team plays a crucial role in managing client implementations of the diverse domestic and international cash management products offered by First Citizens Bank.

Responsibilities:
The Global Treasury Implementation Consultant is pivotal in enhancing the client experience during cash management implementations. This role involves overseeing various large-scale client projects while collaborating closely with both external and internal stakeholders. You will act as a project consultant to multiple teams, ensuring successful outcomes.


The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a project manager or client consultant in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating a proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities include:


Oversee and coordinate all implementation activities with vendors, relevant internal bank teams, and client resources at all levels to facilitate client implementations.


Accountable for scheduling and leading project team meetings, documenting meeting minutes and action items, developing project timelines and schedules, and managing risks and challenges.


Ensure that objectives and deadlines are clearly communicated, timelines are adhered to, and potential challenges are identified and addressed promptly.

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues during the implementation setup and the post-implementation support phase.

Provide product training to clients as necessary.

Collaborate with management to drive positive change and enhance the team from a client experience perspective (warm introductions, seamless transitions, regular meetings)

Identify and lead or collaborate on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree with 2-4+ years of client implementation/project management experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6-8+ years of client implementation/project management experience.

Ability to cultivate strong, positive relationships with external clients and internal partners.


Demonstrated project management/implementation experience with a proven ability to successfully complete projects from inception to conclusion while effectively managing a high volume of client interactions.

Ability to lead teams comprising both internal and external partners and stakeholders. Facilitate commitment and motivate team members, manage the expectations of key stakeholders, and communicate the status of project milestones.


Ability to advise and make recommendations to clients and internal partners based on product knowledge, functionality, and what is best for the client.


Possess knowledge related to the financial services sector, with experience in client services, cash management product and service implementations, and banking operations.

Able to work with NACHA, XML, SWIFT, and CSV formatted payment and information reporting files. Familiarity with ISO format requirements is highly desirable.


Possess knowledge of global treasury cash management, domestic and international products and services, including but not limited to online banking platforms, payment file transmission, API, Swift services, account reporting, and cash management collection and disbursement.


Solid understanding of routine to complex client inquiries, including payment file transmission for ACH, wires, Global Low value payments, and information reporting industry standard files such as BAI2 and Swift; operational troubleshooting for all cash management products and services.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal business partners for problem resolution; fraud monitoring, and risk identification/resolution.

Able to apply analytical skills to identify root causes or underlying circumstances. Capable of researching issues and applying problem-solving skills while collaborating to formulate solution recommendations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to proactively identify issues and interdependencies, and to devise effective solutions.

Proficiency with project management and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project.

Preferred:
Understanding of First Citizens Bank's online banking (OLB) and TAG software tools is advantageous.

For NYC the base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $75,808.00 – $(phone number removed) per year.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
