Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter/Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for our clients' open roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various recruiting and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
  • Understand our clients' business needs to match candidates with job openings
  • Screen and interview candidates, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process
  • Partner with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
  • Negotiate compensation packages to attract and hire candidates
What We Offer
  • Base salary of $55,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, military experience, or associate degree with professional experience
