Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Sodexo. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the dishroom.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain the dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as dish machines and equipment.
