Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at West Fraser, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and technical skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and reliability, with experience in supervising maintenance teams in an industrial setting. They will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to achieve production and uptime goals, while prioritizing safety and implementing effective reliability programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Safe Work Procedures and OSHA regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be a strategic thinker and problem-solver, able to apply data-based critical thinking to make decisions.
