Senior Criminal Defense Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at The Matian Firm, APC. As a key member of our Criminal Defense Team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from federal to state and local levels.

• Advise clients on their legal rights and develop strategies to protect their interests.
• Manage caseloads, including client interaction, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with our team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Analyze complex cases, identify key issues, and develop effective defense strategies.
• Provide expert legal analysis and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

• At least 2 years of experience in Criminal Defense, with a strong track record of success.
• Experience handling complex cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and judges.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement based on experience and performance.
