We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain optimal function.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based techniques and best practices to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, taking into account their medical history, functional limitations, and personal preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans, progress, and expected outcomes, promoting patient engagement and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatments, and progress, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program, recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of California or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity or examination.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, adapting to changing environments and priorities as needed.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient-centered care and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

What We Offer:
