About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a sales and service representative for the fresh counter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convince customers with attractive product displays, competent advice, and excellent service.
  • Show finesse in the refinement and portioning of meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods, and delicatessen.
  • Implement ideas for measures that inspire customers to buy our products.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail.
  • Prioritize compliance with hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy is ideal, but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
