- Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to address the needs of low-income clients.
- Collaborate with other advocates and agencies to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Conduct community education presentations and outreach to promote access to justice.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and best practices in public interest law.
- Member of the SC Bar
- Litigation and clinical experience preferred, but not required if committed to public interest/poverty law
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Excellent relationship building, leadership, and research skills
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Office 365
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
