Job Description
The Energy Solutions division of CMTA is responsible for delivering Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs). This role will work with a team of engineers to design, bid, project manage, and commission solar PV systems for various clients of CMTA. Our ideal candidate is typically a self-motivated individual who thrives on helping clients and has a technical background.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek an experienced professional with 0-3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in developing, reading, and discussing single-line diagrams for PV systems. Familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of grid-tied PV systems & associated components, as well as power distribution and construction. Design experience with SMA, SolarEdge, Fronius, and other inverter products is also preferred.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits. Based on location, Fairfax, VA, the cost of living index is 116.4. Considering this, we estimate the estimated annual take-home pay to be around $65,000.
