We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quantum Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our properties, ensuring a high level of service to our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all service requests are completed on a daily basis.
- Public Relations: Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Make-Ready Program: Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists. Inform site managers of needed services and repairs. Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to 'make ready' status.
- Special Projects: Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the On-site Manager.
- Education: High school education or trade school required. Must be literate.
- Experience: General apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is necessary.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure, flex work schedule to accommodate after-hour and weekend emergencies, and maintain accurate records.
